located in China, India, Malaysia, South Africa and Thailand. All operating revenue for the years ended December 31, 2013 were from customers located in China, India and Malaysia.
For the year ended December 31, 2015, Eskom Holdings SOC Limited (Boshof, Soutpan, Witkop), Camara de Comercializacao de Energia Eletrica (Salvador and Bahia), Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (SE-25, Azure, ESP Urja and Millenium) and Inner Mongolia Power (group) Co., LTD. With the exception of certain of our operations in China, all other personnel who manage our operations are employees of SunEdison and their services are provided to Global under the Management Services Agreement ("MSA") or project level asset management and O&M services agreements. In light of the SunEdison Bankruptcy, we are engaging in contingency planning to identify, and to be prepared to retain, key personnel to ensure continuity of the Company’s corporate and project level operations.
On April 7, 2016 and April 21, 2016, the Conflicts Committee approved retention awards to encourage certain employees of SunEdison who carry out services for the Company, including certain officers of the Company, to remain employed by SunEdison and continue to provide services to the Company during and after the potential (as of April 7) and actual (as of April 21) SunEdison Bankruptcy. All of the personnel that manage the Company’s operations are employees of SunEdison except for our Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer, Peter Blackmore. Mr. Blackmore did not receive a retention award.
Historically, the Company has not had any employees. The personnel that manage our operations (other than our Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer, Peter Blackmore, our Chief Operating Officer, Tom Studebaker, and our Interim Chief Accounting Officer, David Rawden) have been employees of SunEdison and their services have been provided to the Company under the MSA or project level asset management, and O&M services agreements. In a number of cases, the personnel that have been providing services to us have in the past simultaneously provided services to SunEdison and/or TerraForm Power. Following the SunEdison Bankruptcy, as part of our efforts to create a stand-alone organization, we have identified, and established a retention program for, key employees. We recently issued offers of employment to such employees to ensure continuity of corporate and project level operations. While a number of our executive officers, including our Interim Chief Executive Officer, Peter Blackmore, our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Rebecca Cranna, our Chief Operating Officer, Tom Studebaker, and our Interim Chief Accounting Officer, David Rawden, continue to serve in the same functions for TerraForm Power for the time being, most other officers and employees will be providing services exclusively to the Company.
